If You Need To Cancel
I understand life events come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. I allow you to receive your deposit back as long as you let me know 48 hours before our trip is scheduled.
If You Need To Reschedule
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may not always be possible, but we will do our best to accommodate.
If There Is Bad Weather
We’ll do our best to work with you to reschedule due to bad weather or river conditions. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund. River conditions, especially in the spring, can be unpredictable with flooding, so we’ll contact you before the trip if we need to change locations or dates.
